I encourage you to practice positive body affirmations daily in the mirror, looking deep into your eyes while you speak. Initially, it will be uncomfortable. But, in a very short time you will find that you are able to compliment yourself with ease… especially as you start to see the body responding and transforming!
We suggest the use of affirmations to release negative emotions like anger, resentment, criticism and guilt. Affirmations are a powerful way to forgive yourself and others. By repeating positive affirmations you will limit your cravings of unhealthy food choices and learn to control emotional eating.

Scientific research has proven that our emotions control our weight. In our Ball Chi Fitness system you will repeatedly hear us say releasing inches and weight, releasing stress, releasing body aches and pains, and releasing negative emotion. There is a very profound and powerful reason for our terminology correction. The term releasing is used instead of “losing” to replace a negative body frequency word with a positive body frequency word. It’s been proven that the body has a positive direct correlation to “releasing” and “letting go” versus the negative association with the word “losing”. A sense of loss is negative and in no way fosters the positive joy that happens when you start realizing your best self through our transformation program. Plus, if you lose something, what can happen? It can be found! This is why we say release, to help the body let go and release it for good.
Remember that old saying, “Be careful of the words you speak for they become you”? This statement could not be more real. Words affect us both positively and negatively. Our bodies are a combination of creative energy and tangible matter that require high vibration frequencies of love, peace and joy to achieve optimum Spirit- Mind- Body results.
