Ball Chi Fitness believes that investing time and energy into our youth will profoundly change the dynamics of future generations. I’m excited to teach Ball Chi Fitness principles to our youth as a support system for them spiritually, mentally and physically. Today, we see a rising epidemic of diabetes and obesity rates in our youth. I believe this is one of the most important topics adults need to discuss. How can we reshape our children’s lives and instill in them the right attitudes and focus to succeed in the future? Ball Chi Fitness answers this question with total Youth Transformation programs. It is never too early to teach our children to be strong spiritually, mentally and physically. Ball Chi Fitness will be a cornerstone system for moving forward in a society that often focuses on superficial achievements.
Teaching our youth the ability to release and let go of anger, resentment, criticism, and guilt will allow them to develop into more mindful human beings. They will have better focus in school and at home, more creative ideas, with better overall behavior and health. Teaching kids how to meditate increases their potential of success exponentially. Research has proven the significance of meditation in helping increase brain matter, memory retention, clarity, better decision making, releasing aggression and anxiety, and improving an overall sense of self-esteem and confidence in children.
Physically, we train the youth to become aware of their bodies and learn proper form to enhance their strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, and their ability to be better at any sport they choose. I teach them proper techniques that will give them the most solid foundation for power and growth while decreasing their likelihood of injury and pain. Part of the reason our children get hurt is because they are not trained on how to protect and stabilize their bodies properly through form and technique. The techniques and positive atmosphere will enable them to succeed throughout their lives.
Zamorah is the head trainer of our kid’s fitness system. She is 10 years old, she meditates, does positive affirmations, and knows the Ball Chi Fitness techniques extremely well.
